Corrections Policy

If something on B2B Review is wrong or out of date, we want to fix it quickly and transparently. This page explains how to report it and what happens next.

How to report an error

Tell us the page URL, the statement you believe is wrong, and, if possible, a source showing the correct information, such as an official platform page, filing or announcement. Platforms are welcome to send corrections to factual descriptions of their own products, packages and fees. See contact for how to reach us.

What to include

  • The page URL
  • The exact sentence or table row
  • What you believe is correct
  • A link to a source, ideally official
  • Your name and organisation, if you represent a platform

What happens next

  1. We check the claim

Against the original source and any new evidence you provide.

  2. We decide

Whether the page is wrong, outdated, or accurate as written.

  3. We correct and date it

If wrong or outdated, we fix the page and update its dates.

  4. We note significant changes

Corrections that change a fact a reader may have relied on are noted on the page, stating what changed and when.

  5. We reply

We let you know the outcome where you've given contact details.

Minor fixes such as typos, formatting or broken links are corrected without a note.

Platform updates

JD Mart, Justdial, IndiaMART, TradeIndia and other platforms change features, packages and fees, sometimes every quarter. When a platform announces a change, such as a new seller package, we update affected pages and their research dates. If you notice an update we've missed, please tell us; a link to the announcement helps us act quickly.

What we will not change

We correct facts, not opinions. Requests to remove accurate, sourced information that helps readers protect themselves, or to add unsupported claims, will be declined. We do not accept payment for corrections or changes.

Response times

We aim to review correction requests promptly and prioritise those affecting money decisions, such as fees, prices and payment terms. Complex checks involving several sources may take longer; we'll let you know if so.
